This client brief centered upon the use of emergent technology available to the brand. Designs proposed were required to use 5G and Li-Fi integration, with the client directing toward the final product- A Li-Fi capable, portable lamp, with the ability to work with the user around the house. By creating a secure, private connection in any room, through its adaptive lighting and wireless connectivity capabilities, Clinton’s design Lodestar allows any space to become a workstation.

Using Philip’s Hue Technology, Lodestar creates a stimulating and portable work environment in an array of locations, using light colour, intensity and colour associations, in line with Signify’s emergent trend research in tech and markets.
