Centred upon exploring the intersection between fashion and technology, the Stella x Lenovo 'Project Green' aimed to develop material or product innovations with real impacts upon the sustainability of the design industry. Clinton’s proposal to the clients was based upon material innovations in Mycelium for acoustic padding, based on his larger body of research into sound and acoustics.

The work was inspired by bio-acoustics and the impact of sound pollution on large sea mammals. The output utilised the forms and relief patterns of existing goods and products from each respective brand to grow sustainable acoustic dampening solutions for retail spaces, pop-up events, and exhibition.
